Software Systems & Support Engineer

What You Will Do
Provide technical support for our software on Windows and macOS
Deliver online training and assistance to clients worldwide
Maintain and update user guides (starting in Word, with potential to move to advanced systems)
Test new features, identify issues, and collaborate with developers on solutions
Run SQL queries and validate stored procedures
Assist with front-end testing in Angular and Java
Use InDesign and Photoshop for layout and workflow validation
What You Will Bring
Strong knowledge of SQL (queries and stored procedures)
Experience supporting software on Windows and macOS
Familiarity with Tomcat, Node.js, Angular, and Java
Working knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop
Experience testing front-end systems
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Ability to document clearly and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Nice to Have
Background in publishing, print, or media software environments
Knowledge of REST APIs, HTML/CSS, or basic scripting
