of Application Consultant / Software System Analyst

An Application Consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess existing software systems, and recommend enhancements or new solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of software development processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyse user requirements, translating them into technical specifications for software development. Assess existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement or optimization. Design and propose solutions that align with business objectives and technical feasibility. Collaborate with software developers to implement and test proposed solutions. Perform software testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of applications. Ensure software systems meet functional and performance requirements. Create documentation including system specifications, user manuals, and training materials. Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during system implementation and post-launch phases. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Software Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively. Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Proficiency in documenting requirements and technical specifications. Experience with relational databases and SQL queries. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or related fields. Experience with specific software tools or systems relevant to the healthcare domain (e.g., HMIS & EMR systems, HRMS systems, Inventory systems).
Experience:

5+ years in the healthcare domain

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
