Handle

support tickets

, calls, and emails in a timely manner Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve

software application, and data-related issues

Escalate complex issues to the development or infrastructure team with proper documentation Perform

basic database checks

(SQL queries) to validate data and identify issues Assist users with

software usage, training, and guidance

Maintain

support documentation, FAQs, and user manuals

Support

software deployments, updates, and patches


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
