Key Responsibilities:
Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot organization-wide software systems (HRMS, Sales, Operations, and CRM platforms).
Administer and support
Zoho applications
-- including user setup, configuration, workflows, and integrations.
Collaborate with different departments to understand their process needs and implement software-based solutions.
Coordinate with software vendors and Zoho support teams for updates, customization, and issue resolution.
Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support for all software systems.
Ensure data integrity, security, and consistent performance across platforms.
Handle system upgrades, configurations, and monitor application uptime and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
in B.Tech (IT/Computer Science) -
Mandatory
1 to 4 years of experience
managing and supporting HRMS and CRM platforms
Strong experience with Zoho software products
(Zoho People, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho One, etc.)
Good understanding of HRMS systems and business process automation
Knowledge of system integrations, database handling, and basic networking
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
