Job Description

Handle

support tickets

, calls, and emails in a timely manner

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve

software, application, and data-related issues



Escalate complex issues to the development or infrastructure team with proper documentation

Perform

basic database checks

(SQL queries) to validate data and identify issues

Assist users with

software usage, training, and guidance



Maintain

support documentation, FAQs, and user manuals



Support

software deployments, updates, and patches



Technical Skills



Basic understanding of

software applications and workflows



Knowledge of

SQL

(SELECT queries, joins, basic troubleshooting)

Familiarity with

web applications

, APIs, and client-server architecture

Basic knowledge of

Windows/Linux systems



Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, connectivity issues) - added advantage

Experience in

ERP, CRM, or internal business applications - preferred/added advantages



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
