Job Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Software Support Executive to join the Retail Product Support team of a well-established media and advertising company. The ideal candidate will provide first-level technical support to clients, troubleshoot software issues, and assist with manual testing of software products. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities : Provide first-level technical support to clients via email, phone, or ticketing systems. Troubleshoot software-related issues and escalate bugs for timely resolution. Guide users through the installation, configuration, and usage of software products. Maintain accurate logs of support requests and resolutions for internal tracking. Execute manual test cases on new and existing software features. Identify, document, and report bugs using standard bug-tracking tools. Perform regression, functional, and usability testing across multiple platforms. Validate fixes and enhancements prior to deployment. Assist in the preparation of test plans, test scenarios, and test reports. Job Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE). Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in software support or testing. Strong time management and organizational skills. Excellent customer communication and coordination abilities. Customer-centric approach with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to manage and resolve customer complaints effectively. Experience with automated testing tools is a plus. Proficient in teamwork and collaboration. Good problem-solving skills and presentation skills. Female candidate preferred.
