Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, and chat.
Must be able to communicate with programmers.
Handling client inquiries and providing technical support.
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions in a clear and concise manner.
Database maintenance.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Test new software updates and provide feedback so that we can improve.
Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve recurring issues.
Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management to ensure a clear understanding of issues and progress.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications.
Provide customers with training and guidance on how to effectively use software features.
Create and promote strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Stay updated with the latest software updates, features, and industry trends.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Basic understanding of software applications and operating systems.
Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably in the software industry.
Familiarity with support ticketing systems and remote desktop tools.
Basic knowledge of SQL and database management.
Should be proficient in Microsoft office and ERP software.
