Job Summary

This role is for Software Support. A software support person helps customers developers to implement, integrate companys software, products, API and SDK as well as helps in troubleshootingthe problems faced during the development and implementation. The person in this job guides users to integrate companys various production with users owned solution.

Roles and Responsibilities

1.Understanding the various existing or new products of company.

2.Understanding the product software samples.

3.Understanding the product implementation techniques in various technologies such as C++, Dot Net, Java, Android, Python etc.

4.Must be capable of trouble shooting users problem.

5.Guide users for problem fix.

6.Write and maintain documentation about the users problem and provide solutions.

7.Prepare the FAQ of product based on the problem reported by user v/s solution suggested/worked.

Key Performance Indicators

1.Good software/product understating capability.

2.Good understanding of various development languages such as C++, Dot Net, Java, Android, Python etc.

3.Good English communication skill.

4.Good documentation skill

Required Skills

1.Must have good knowledge in OOPS

2.BasicPractical Knowledge of development languages such as C++, Dot Net, Java, Android, Python etc.

3.Basic practical knowledge of Standalone Application/ Standalone Service/ Web Service/Rest Service.

4.Basic knowledge in web technology (HTML, JAVASCRIPT, XML)

5.Good English communication.

6.Able to solve problems intuitively.
