: Panaji, Goa (On-site & compulsory residency in Goa) Codanto is looking for a tech-savvy, patient, and energetic individual to join our team as a Software Support and Trainer. This role involves ensuring our customers learn how to use of our software and receive ongoing support.
Responsibilities
Customer Training: Deliver hands-on training sessions to new and existing customers--many of whom will be non-technical users. Support: Provide first-line technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to customers via phone, email, or in-person. Travel: Travel locally around Panjim (and occasionally within Goa) to conduct on-site training at customer locations.
What We're Looking For
Tech Savvy: A strong interest in and comfort with software and technology. Good Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain concepts simply and patiently. Customer-Focused: Patient, empathetic, and committed to ensuring a positive customer experience. Flexible: Willingness to travel locally as needed for training. Bonus: Experience or aptitude for Client Relationship Management or Client Coordination to help foster long-term customer partnerships.
