Job Summary:

As a

Full Stack Tech Lead

at NRG Phoenix Technology, you will be responsible for leading the development team in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications. You will provide technical leadership, ensure best practices are followed, and mentor junior developers. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust web applications using modern technologies and best practices. Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Implement server-side logic using languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Express, Django, or Ruby on Rails. Design and manage databases using SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) technologies. Develop and integrate RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs to support front-end functionality and third-party integrations. Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and technical expertise. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure successful completion of projects. Participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure high standards of code quality and performance. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues to ensure optimal performance. Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development and suggest improvements and innovations.

Solution Architecture

Design scalable, reliable, and high-performance architectures for application systems. Assess and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to meet project requirements. Plan and oversee the integration of different systems and technologies to ensure seamless operation. Create comprehensive documentation for architectural decisions, design patterns, and system configurations. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

4-6 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Tech Lead.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, Vue.js). Proficiency in back-end technologies: Node.js, Express, Django, Ruby on Rails, or similar. Experience with database management: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra). Experience with API development and integration (RESTful, GraphQL). Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines) is a plus.

Leadership Skills:

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and meet deadlines.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. A proactive attitude and the ability to take ownership of tasks and projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications:

Relevant certifications in web development or related technologies.

Experience:

Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and serverless architecture.

Tools:

Familiarity with modern build tools and workflows (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn).

Methodologies:

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.

UI/UX:

Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
