Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Software Service Engineers located in Kozhikode. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, conducting field service tasks, and ensuring the efficient maintenance of software systems. The Software Service Engineer will work closely with clients to resolve issues, maintain smooth operations, and deliver excellent service to meet the organization's and customers' needs.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
Experience in Field Service and handling system Maintenance & Repair
Exceptional Communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Proficiency in time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail
Relevant technical certifications or a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus
