About the Role
Senior technology specialist with 12+ years .NET experience who can lead and deliver high quality and cost effective solution. Hands-on person and will also play an individual contributor towards application deliverables and responsible to drive technical teams, business consultants towards Organization/Group priorities. Develop automation scripts with UFT and/or Selenium using VBScript/C#/Java for .NET and Progress4GL applications.

Responsibilities

• Should be able to work independently on projects and enhancements playing the roles of Individual contributor & Lead towards development, design & Architecture responsibilities
• Should be able to design the solution for business problem
• Responsible to guide the team on the technical challenges
• Individual contributor in Agile squad
• Create test code to validate the application against business requirement
• Monitor the performance of applications and infrastructure
• Troubleshooting applications with fast and accurate resolution
• Automate Functional, regression testing with UFT/QTP or Selenium using VBScript/C#/Java

Essential Qualifications

• Strong experience in ASP.Net, C#, ADO.Net, JavaScript and WCF, Micro services
• Strong experience in Data Analysis, SQL Server queries, tables, stored procedures and triggers
• Strong experience in UI particularly MVC Framework 3 and above
• Knowledge on Query Performance tuning & profiling
• Experience using source control tools (TFS, SVN etc.)
• Experience in working in Azure or other Cloud platforms
• Experienced in working on Agile projects
• Experience in Banking domain - (2-3yrs) (preferably Lending)
• Strong experience in UFT/QTP or Selenium using VBScript or C# or Java
• Ability to quickly understand the business process and map the application functions
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Should be effective communicator, able to drive the discussions

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering discipline
• Clearly demonstrate their implementation experience.
• Demonstrate capability to ramp up quickly without a lot of instruction, training, or hand-holding.
• Demonstrate balance of technical skills with hands-on implementation experience
• Demonstrate soft skills to work in an environment with lack of clarity.
• Iterative and Agile development methodology
