Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
SCADA Software Sales Executive
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) software solutions to clients in the industrial and automation sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial automation sector.
Promote SCADA software products to prospective customers.
Generate and follow up on leads, conduct client meetings, product demos, and technical discussions.
Understand client needs and suggest suitable software solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
Collaborate with technical teams for pre-sales and after-sales support.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upselling and repeat business.
Stay updated with industry trends, products, and competitors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in software or industrial automation sales (preferably SCADA/PLC/HMI).
Strong understanding of SCADA systems and industrial automation solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Skills:
Background in electrical/electronics/instrumentation engineering.
Knowledge of various SCADA platforms (e.g., Wonderware, WinCC, InduSoft, etc.).
CRM usage experience for tracking leads and customer interactions.
Compensation & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 - 50,000 (based on experience and performance)
Incentives/Commission on achieving sales targets
Travel allowances (if applicable)
