We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves selling cutting-edge software solutions to businesses, understanding client needs, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, developing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:-

Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation:-
- Identify and target potential customers through research, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other sales strategies.
- Qualify leads and generate new business opportunities.
2.
Client Consultation:-
- Engage with prospects to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals.
- Present and demonstrate the company's software solutions, tailoring the pitch to the prospect's specific needs.
3.
Sales Presentations &Demos:-
- Conduct live product demos to showcase the value of the software and how it can solve specific business problems.
- Prepare customized proposals and quotations.
4.
Negotiation &Closing:-
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with potential clients, ensuring the best possible deal while maintaining profitability.
- Close sales and achieve revenue goals.
5.
Account Management:-
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Follow up with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and explore upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
6.
Sales Forecasting &Reporting:-
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the management team.
7.
Collaboration:-
- Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to influence product development.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience:
0-2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.
Skills:
1. Strong understanding of IT/software products and solutions.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Familiarity with CRM software.
5. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software technologies.
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience in selling SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions.
2. Technical background or understanding of software development processes.
3. Knowledge of specific industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail) or verticals.
