The role focuses on driving sales growth, building brand awareness, and executing marketing campaigns to reach target markets effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Execution:
Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on potential leads to drive business growth.
Marketing Campaigns:
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and event-based strategies.
Track and analyze campaign performance to identify areas of improvement and report key insights to management.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with prospects to convert leads into sales.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Generate insights to support sales strategy, identifying target audiences and competitive positioning.
Content Development & Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that promotes products and services, such as social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials.
Engage in social media and digital marketing efforts to drive traffic and lead generation.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and present sales reports, performance metrics, and campaign analysis to management.
Use CRM and marketing software to track leads, conversion rates, and client interactions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles.
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Analytics.
Preferred Skills:
