Make outbound calls to potential customers
Explain software features, benefits, and pricing
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable software solutions
Generate leads and close sales over the phone
Follow up with interested and existing clients
Maintain customer data and call records
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
Handle basic customer queries and objections
Coordinate with the sales/technical team when required
