We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Door-to-Door Software Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for directly engaging with potential clients, demonstrating our software solutions, and converting prospects into long-term customers. This is a field sales role that requires strong communication, resilience, and the ability to explain technical products in simple, relatable terms.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients (businesses, SMEs, or individuals) in assigned areas to promote Ethical Den's software solutions.
Conduct engaging presentations and live demonstrations of our software.
Understand client needs and recommend the right solutions.
Handle objections, answer queries, and negotiate deals effectively.
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions using CRM tools.
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support product development.
Represent Ethical Den with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in direct sales, software sales, or SaaS solutions (preferred).
Freshers with strong tech interest and excellent communication skills are welcome.
Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical clients.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking.
