Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Software Sales Executive with 2-3 years of experience in selling software or IT solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound/outbound leads.
+ Understand customer requirements and present suitable software solutions.
+ Deliver product demos and presentations (online and onsite) to prospective clients.
+ Prepare and share proposals and quotations, and follow up until closure.
+ Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
+ Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
+ Coordinate with the technical/implementation team for smooth onboarding of clients.
+ Maintain and update the sales pipeline, reports, and CRM on a regular basis.
+ Gather feedback from customers and share inputs for product and process improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
+ Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing/IT will be an added advantage.
+ 2-3 years of experience in software/IT solution sales or B2B sales.
+ Good understanding of basic software/IT concepts and ability to learn products quickly.
+ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
+ Ability to work with targets and handle pressure.
+ Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
* + Willingness to travel for client meetings, as required.
