Role Description
We are seeking a
dynamic and energetic Senior Sales
to lead our sales operations in Chennai. This is a
full-time on-site
role for someone passionate about sports and business growth.
The ideal candidate will drive the onboarding of sports schools, academies, and institutions onto our platform, develop and execute sales strategies, and lead a motivated sales team. This role involves travel, client meetings, and delivering impactful demos and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
Onboard maximum number of
sports schools, academies, and institutions
to the platform
Conduct demos and presentations to potential clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships and partnerships
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business goals
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree
in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 2 years
of experience in
online platform selling / SaaS sales
Excellent
communication skills in English and Telugu
(mandatory)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel
extensively for client meetings and demos

Salary:
