. We are looking for

highly energetic and motivated Marketing and Sales Executives

with proven experience in

software sales and marketing

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our software solutions to businesses and professionals, conducting client visits and product demonstrations, generating qualified leads, and building long-term client relationships. You will play a key role in driving our company's growth by meeting sales targets, gathering market insights, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell our software solutions (

ERP, Mobile Apps, POS, HRMS, CRM, etc.

) to businesses and professionals. Conduct

client visits, product demonstrations, and presentations

to highlight product features and benefits.

Generate qualified leads

through field activities, phone calls, networking, and referrals.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

to ensure repeat business.

Gather market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback

to refine sales strategies.

Requirements:

1-4 years of experience

in

software sales and marketing

(ERP, CRM, POS, HRMS, Mobile Apps, etc.). Strong

communication, negotiation, and presentation

skills. Proven ability to

meet or exceed sales targets

.

Self-motivated, result-driven

, and proactive attitude. Ability to work

independently

as well as in a

team environment
