Bachelor's degree
2-10 years of experience in software/SaaS sales (US region preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven track record of achieving/ exceeding sales targets.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Good understanding of software products, SaaS models, and technology fundamentals.
Ability to work US shift timings.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
Job Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities in the US market.
Conduct cold calls, outbound outreach, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting.
Present and demonstrate software products to potential clients via virtual meetings.
Understand client requirements and translate them into product solutions.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation ? product demo ? negotiation ? closure.
Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams for solution proposals.
Maintain CRM discipline with regular updates and follow-ups.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
