Job Description

a. Roles and Responsibilities
A software sales manager must have a thorough understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, Cold Calling, E-Mail Campaigns, Online Networking, Marketing Activities, Customer Follow-up and closing deals.

Specialized or having experience in Pre Sales, Business Development of Software Product Solutions Selling.

Following up with new business opportunities and setting up meetings and meeting with the clients.

Execute and improve proprietary data collection techniques of leads and prospects.

Communicating new product and service offerings to prospective clients and the ability to communicate effectively with potential customers, as well as with other members of the sales team and management is critical.

Structured reporting to the VP Customer Relations.

Exposure to Software Product Sales and other technologies services and solutions selling will be preferred.

An energetic, self-motivated individual with a passion to create connections, developing relationships.

Interest to work in an entrepreneurial, action-driven, multi-tasking environment with a desire for professional growth. Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Analytical skills: A software sales manager should have the ability to analyse data and reports to track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Data Gathering, Market Mapping, and Research Analysis

Time management skills: A software sales manager should be able to manage their and their junior's time effectively, prioritize tasks, and multitask efficiently.

Adaptability: The software industry is constantly evolving, so a software sales manager should be adaptable to new software technologies and sales strategies.

Negotiation skills: A software sales manager should be able to negotiate effectively to close deals, and negotiate contracts with partners, resellers, and other vendors.

b. Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's / master's degree in business administration or a related field

6-8 years of Software Sales experience.

Excellent communication.

Ability to handle pressures and meet deadlines.

Superior time management and organizational skills

In-depth knowledge of the industry and current events

Maintaining sales records: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate sales records, including customer contact information, sales data, and sales forecasts.

Staying up to date with industry trends: You will be responsible for staying up to date with industry trends, new software technologies, and emerging sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
