Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients to drive software sales
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Handle the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Maintain and update customer records in
Salesforce CRM
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure timely deal closures
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding of new clients
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience
in software sales, handling direct end-user companies
Strong customer-centric approach with excellent
communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in
Salesforce CRM
for data entry and sales tracking
