About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven CRM Sales Partner to join our growth team. In this role, you will promote and sell our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solutions to businesses, generate leads, close deals, and earn 30% commission on every successful sale. There is no fixed salary, and earnings are purely performance-based.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential clients for CRM solutions

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and social platforms

Conduct product demos and presentations

Understand client requirements and recommend CRM solutions

Negotiate and close sales independently

Maintain a pipeline of potential customers

Coordinate with the technical team for onboarding and support

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Basic understanding of CRM tools and business processes

Previous experience in software/SAAS sales is an added advantage

Ability to generate leads independently

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven

Smartphone/laptop with good internet connection
