We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Sales Consultant to drive the adoption of our corporate shared mobility platform across businesses in Gurgaon and the NCR region. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, excellent consultative selling skills, and a passion for sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Generate and qualify high-value B2B leads, focusing on mid-to-large enterprises in the Delhi NCR area.
Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and contract closing for our corporate SaaS solution.
Conduct in-depth discovery calls and meetings to understand a prospect's commuting challenges, sustainability goals, and employee benefits requirements.
Develop and present tailored proposals and compelling product demonstrations, clearly articulating the ROI and value proposition of the platform to C-level executives and key decision-makers (HR, Admin, Sustainability Heads).
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
Act as a trusted advisor, offering consultative guidance to ensure the successful implementation and maximum adoption of the platform within client organizations.
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process and long-term client satisfaction, leading to renewals and upsells.

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
