Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for 2 nos Business Development Associates in the field of software sales.

The resource will be responsible for software sales, sales presentations, lead generation, and consultative selling activities.

Identify and engage potential clients in industries like automotive, aerospace, and consumer goods. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and client meetings to showcase our solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their needs with tailored solutions. Collaborate with the technical team for pre-sales and post-sales support. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Report to the sales manager and be able to work independently in a team.

Requirements:

Software Sales and Sales skills Lead Generation expertise Consultative Selling experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in the engineering or software industry is a plus Willingness to travel as needed Bachelor's or Diploma degree in, Engineering, or related field with a passion for sales

Experience:

Up to 2 years, (freshers may apply).

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
