Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through research, calls, emails, and networking.
Conduct product presentations and software demos for prospective clients.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable software solutions.
Follow up on sales inquiries and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Assist in proposal preparation, negotiations, and closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (software/IT preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of software solutions or SaaS products.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and team player.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in software/IT sales.
Familiarity with B2B sales cycles.
Exposure to digital or cloud-based products.
