In this role, you will impact the success of our software development processes by ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Your expertise will directly enhance our software development and release processes, ultimately delivering exceptional software products to our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement and maintain the quality strategy and roadmap for the organization. Apply quality standards, best practices, and processes. Work closely with development and product management teams to define comprehensive test strategies and test plans. Experience in the field, related to installation/validation of AIDC products/solutions. Practical experience on Windows operating systems and Android. Basic understanding and work experience with Windows basic drivers installation/upgrade, troubleshooting, Anti-virus software, and HW Interfaces. Basic troubleshooting techniques on software-based solutions. Firmware testing knowledge would be advantageous. Ability to end-to-end test industrial solutions in the AIDC domain (Retail, T&L, Warehousing/Manufacturing). Exposure to Cloud, Edge (Mobility, Printers), middleware, and integration. Test automation development and framework enhancements. Customer-facing experience and troubleshooting. Understand requirements and design, project test risks identification, and mitigation planning. Android OS roadmap and software architecture understanding.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 4+ years of experience in AIDC Technology. 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance. Expertise in testing Android applications with different form factors. Appreciation of Python, Appium, Mobile Automation, and Linux work environment. Good knowledge of 3rd party MDM solutions. Experience working with teams across regions in a global team environment. Experience with Agile development and basic CI/CD knowledge. Experience working in Scrum teams. Problem-solving skills (ability to identify, formulate, and solve engineering problems). The ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
