About the Role:

Assist in writing / updating test cases and scenarios.

Evaluate and test software bug fixes and features.

Contributes to the development/Research and methods for automation in QA.

Handle customer escalations to address misclassifications (FP/FN) and suggest/test appropriate fixes.

Understand Malware propagation characteristics, and test signatures for use in our products.

Collects test metrics and suggests appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

Suggests and implements process, tracks their progress, and achieves objectives.

About You:

2 or more years of experience in Software domain.

Experience in manual testing and test automation (Python).

Experience in Software test automation using test framework.

Knowledge of Teamcity, Snowflake, Elasticsearch, MySQL, Kibana.

Understanding of testing lifecycle in Software Development Life Cycle.

Have knowledge of common hacking tools, network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP) and techniques.

Basic Understanding of how operating systems work and how malware exploits them.

Good to have -

Experience in the field of reverse engineering/malware analysis.

Experience in Software Security OR Security Software.

Exposure to Unix and window platforms, Both.
