Job Description

Test Planning:Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.
Develop and document comprehensive test plans that outline the testing scope, approach, resources, and schedule. Test Case Design:Create detailed and well-structured test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
Identify test scenarios and conditions to ensure thorough coverage of the software. Test Execution:Execute test cases manually or using automated testing tools.
Record and document test results, and report defects to the development team with clear and concise details. Defect Tracking:Use defect tracking tools to log, monitor, and manage issues throughout the testing process.
Work closely with developers to verify bug fixes and ensure timely resolution of issues. Regression Testing:Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features or changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
Maintain and update test cases as needed to accommodate changes in the software. Automation Testing:Collaborate with the automation team to identify test cases suitable for automation.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test scripts. Performance Testing:Perform performance testing to assess the scalability, responsiveness, and stability of the software under various conditions. Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of quality throughout the development lifecycle.
