Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Programming Trainer to join our computer center as faculty. The trainer will be responsible for teaching core programming concepts, guiding students through practical exercises, and helping them build a strong foundation in coding. Key Responsibilities Deliver classroom and practical training in HTML, CSS, C, C++, and Java Explain programming concepts clearly to beginners and intermediate learners Conduct hands-on lab sessions and coding practice Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and basic project work Evaluate student performance through tests, exercises, and practical assessments Support students by resolving doubts and providing learning guidance Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom Keep course content updated as per industry and academic needs Required Skills Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS for basic web development Good command over C and C++ programming fundamentals Working knowledge of Java (core concepts and syntax) Ability to teach programming concepts in a simple and practical way Problem-solving and debugging skills Qualifications Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field Freshers with strong subject knowledge are welcome Prior teaching or training experience will be an added advantage Soft Skills Good communication and presentation skills Patience and a student-friendly teaching approach Basic classroom management skills Passion for teaching and mentoring students Work Environment Classroom-based teaching at a computer training center Supportive academic environment focused on skill development
