About The Job:

• Software Product Manager plays a crucial & critical role in driving the success of digital platforms for the Bank.
• Product Manager bridges the gap between Business stakeholders (who owns the business) and engineering team.

Essential Job Functions:

• Will be part of Technology team.
• Own the Product and ensure Product is successful
• Define the Product Vision & define the success (like KPIs) of the Product by aligning it with customer needs, market demands and business goals.
• Seek customer feedbacks, analyze user behavior and use customer insights to drive product improvements.
• Create Product roadmaps and align different Product Increments for Product success.
• Have domain knowledge on India stack - open banking (UPI), Lending(Loan), RBI regulations, and Systems (KYC, UIDAI) and apply the domain knowledge to solve Bank business problems.
• Have forward thinking and apply that working backwards.
• Do research across different enterprise teams to present one view of the Product. Example of different enterprise teams:

• Compliance
• Risks
• Operations
• Cross Functions
• Create and maintain Product Requirements through different means:

• User Journeys
• PR/FAQ documents
• Epic, User Stories, Acceptance Tests
• Define, describe Product Non Functional requirements
• Review wireframe, user experience design for alignment to product success
• Understand, define integration (Product, Business, Technical)
• Have ability to influence KPIs like Total Cost of Ownership, maintainability so on.
• Own and ensure that execution is inline with the vision of the Product.
• Practice, Coach agile ways of working with all stakeholders
• Participate in the Sprints of Product & Engineering to actively drive towards product success
• Review sprint demos & provide feedback to scrum teams
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing, Closed User Group product acceptance
• Provide one view of Product, Program progress (by tracking to KPIs) to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Certifications:

• Agile certifications (Safe Agile)
• Scrum Product Owner (desired)
• Experience range required: 5+ years

Skills:

• Strong communications skills.
• Customer centricity, obsession for customer
• Ability to manage stakeholders (product owners, business stakeholders, cross function teams) to coach agile ways of working.
• Prior work experience in the product engineering/development desired.
• Prior experience in Indian Banking segment (Lending) and/or Fintech is desired.
