About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on the I/O Sense cloud platform to solve customer problems
2. Working on involvement with the client, project management, and sales teams in product onboarding and customer training
3. Working as the frontier for handling customer queries and recommending product features as per customer needs
4. Sharing feature requests and collaborating with the product team in implementing effective workarounds
5. Analyzing and reporting malfunctions in the product functionality and documenting test reports

2. Problem solver - ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate tactfully

Additional details:

This is a non-coding internship. The main aspects of the role are client engagements, product vetting, and project management. Recommending solutions and suggesting improvements to the product is what sets you apart in this role. We are looking for people with strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset and those who are ready to go the extra mile with us.
