Job Description

We are seeking a Software Implementer with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of

SQL Server

and

Crystal Reports

, and be capable of implementing, supporting, and training users on software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and implement software solutions at client sites or remotely Work with SQL Server for data management, queries, and report generation Customize and generate reports using Crystal Reports as per client requirements Provide training and support to end-users Gather client feedback and coordinate with the development team for improvements Ensure smooth go-live and post-implementation support

Required Skills:

Working knowledge of

SQL Server

(queries, stored procedures) Experience in

Crystal Reports

Understanding of software implementation processes Good communication and client-handling skills Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Preferred:

Experience with ERP or domain-specific software Basic knowledge of scripting or any programming language Willingness to travel for client implementations.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
