with strong B2B sales experience to join our growing team across Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B field sales and a passion for building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new B2B clients through field visits, cold calls, and lead generation activities
Promote and sell client's financial products and solutions to SMEs, import/export businesses, and other target segments
Develop a thorough understanding of client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
Provide market intelligence and feedback to the sales and product teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently and handle field operations
Familiarity with sales CRM tools is a plus
Willingness to travel across different locations in Mumbai
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
