Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Programming Faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in computer science and software development, with a passion for teaching and mentoring students. The role involves delivering high-quality instruction in programming and related subjects, developing curriculum, and contributing to departmental growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach undergraduate/graduate courses in programming and related areas (e.g., Python, Java, C++, Web Development, Data Structures, Algorithms, etc.) Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, lab sessions, and assessments Design course materials, syllabi, and assessments aligned with learning outcomes Advise and mentor students on academic and career matters Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and accreditation processes Engage in research, professional development, and continuous learning Contribute to outreach and industry collaboration initiatives Stay current with developments in the field of programming and education technology

Required:

Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field Demonstrated proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript) Prior teaching experience or training/mentorship experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
