We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable

Full Stack Development Instructor

to join our software training team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, and Java

, and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring aspiring developers. You will be responsible for delivering structured and engaging lessons, guiding practical projects, and preparing students for real-world software development roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach full stack development concepts covering

front-end and back-end

technologies. Deliver lessons on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, and Java in both theory and practical formats. Develop course materials, assignments, and hands-on projects that align with industry standards. Provide support and mentorship to students during labs, coding sessions, and project development. Evaluate student performance through assessments, code reviews, and feedback. Stay updated on current trends and tools in full stack development to keep course content relevant. Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment. Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

Proficient in

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

, with strong experience in one or more back-end languages:

PHP, Python, Java

. Familiarity with frameworks such as

Laravel, Django, Spring Boot

, or similar. Experience working with version control tools like

Git

. Strong understanding of

web development best practices

and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Patience and ability to explain complex concepts clearly to beginners.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Prior teaching or training experience is highly desirable. Experience with educational platforms, LMS tools, or online teaching is a plus. Passion for education, mentoring, and helping others succeed in tech.
