Software Engineer I

to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be involved in designing, developing, testing, and deploying highquality software solutions for Honeywell's innovative products and platforms. You will work with modern technologies such as

Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Angular, SQL

, along with cloud services on

Azure/AWS

, contributing toward scalable and secure enterprise applications.



Design, develop, and maintain backend services using

Java

,

Spring Boot

, and

Hibernate

. Build responsive and user-friendly UI components using

Angular

. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define, design, and deliver highquality features. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality. Work with relational databases (SQL) to design schemas, write queries, and optimize performance. Deploy and manage applications on

Azure

or

AWS

cloud environments. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. Follow Honeywell's software development lifecycle (SDLC), best practices, and security guidelines. Continuously learn emerging technologies and contribute to team knowledge building.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Strong programming skills in

Java

. Hands-on experience with

Spring Boot

,

Hibernate/JPA

. Front-end development experience with

Angular

(HTML, CSS, TypeScript). Proficiency in

SQL

and relational database concepts. Basic understanding of cloud platforms (

Azure

or

AWS

). Knowledge of REST API design and microservices architecture. Strong debugging, analytical, and problemsolving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.
