What We're Looking For

Strong understanding of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs, UI components, and scalable web applications Ability to write clean, modular code, and perform debugging, testing, and refactoring Willingness to learn, collaborate, and take ownership of assigned modules Familiarity with version control (Git), browser dev tools, and performance optimization

Bonus Points

Experience with Next.js, WebSockets, Redis, or working with cloud platforms Ability to leverage AI tools and automation to optimize development An eye for UX/UI and a passion for scalable architecture
