Description for Internal Candidates

Role Expectations:-

  • Provide the required hands-on software development, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes.
  • Work closely with software engineers, QA, product managers and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time).
  • Strong Problem solver and come up with new ideas.
  • Always ready to learn new technologies.
  • Lead several technical programs for the initiative, ensuring success metrics are informing future efforts, and quickly fine-tuning the program as needed.

Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of development experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Technical background preferred in:
    • JAVA programming language
    • React and NodeJS- Required
    • Rest API
    • IDA Authentication and authorization
    • Sound knowledge on Linux
    • Web Scalability - Highly available architectures - load balancing, scale out
    • Database - Oracle, SQL and NoSQL e.g. DynamoDB, Postgres, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server
    • Hands on experience with leveraging CI/CD to rapidly build & test application code
    • Expertise in Data Governance and Data Quality
    • Cyber security fundamentals and working knowledge
    • Test Coverage
    • Cloud Knowledge is a plus point.
