Qualifications:

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
• Advanced knowledge of architecture, design and business processes
• Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
• Candidate should have 12 to 15 years of hands-on software development experience in Java FS along with strong analytical and design skills.
• Proficiency in Java/JEE, Oracle PL/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Maven, Linux platforms, CI tools - Jenkins/Hudson, Junit , Exposure to integration/automated testing frameworks (Citrus, Cucumber etc.)
• Good to have exposure to REACT or Angular JS, IBM MQ/Kafka/Mule or Apache Camel Knowledge, Drools and Knowledge of SWIFT Messaging Standards
• Experience deploying applications to the cloud using any of the AWS, Azure, or Cloud Foundry
• Experience in creating and maintaining containers with Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of OOP concepts, design patterns, and continuous delivery principles
• Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving, and analytical skills
• Understanding of Systems Resiliency, Telemetry at both Infrastructure and Software level
• Leadership experience within an Agile development team and working with Global Teams
• Passionate in mentoring and leading developers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently, plan, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
• Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement
• Candidate should be flexible to learn new technologies and should build good understanding of the financial domain.
