Responsibility

Develop Automation Tests:

Write and maintain automation tests using Python and Java-based test frameworks.

Framework Knowledge:

Utilize your working knowledge of test frameworks to develop and execute automated tests.

SQL Proficiency:

Apply your good knowledge of SQL to validate data and ensure the accuracy of test results.

Cloud Integration:

Work with cloud platforms such as OCP, AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure to integrate and execute automated tests in cloud environments.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements:

Experience:

3-5 years of relevant work experience in automation testing.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Java, junit, cucumber, selenium, Multithreading and concurrency API, Performance tuning/monitoring, performance issue investigations

SQL Knowledge:

Strong understanding of SQL for data validation and testing.

Cloud Knowledge:

Working knowledge of cloud platforms like OCP, AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

Telecom Knowledge:

Knowledge of telecom domain (GSM, LTE, 4G, 5G ), network architecture (including SGW, PGW, GGSN, MME, PCRF, OCS, Charging System) and hands-on experience on diameter protocols and network interface like Gx, Gy, Sy

Tools:

Experience working with CI/CD tools such as GitLab and Jenkins, and Agile project management tools such as Jira.

Problem-Solving:

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to address testing challenges.

Communication:

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Attention to Detail:

High attention to detail, ensuring thorough testing and high-quality software releases.

Certifications:

Relevant certifications in test automation, cloud platforms, or related fields.

Industry Experience:

Experience in telecom sector; with a deep understanding of its unique testing requirements and challenges. Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computing Awareness of programming concepts and ability to write software code in at least one programming language.
