What will your job look like?

• Lead technical design and architecture for advanced Generative AI and cloud-native solutions.
• Research and prototype cutting-edge AI technologies, frameworks, and integration patterns.
• Build scalable backend services and AI-driven applications using modern best practices.
• Deploy solutions in enterprise production environments on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performing, and maintainable systems.
• Mentor developers, share knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Stay on top of industry trends and proactively bring innovative ideas to the team.
• Provide production support and lead critical incident resolution when needed.

All you need is...

• Proven experience working in collaborative development teams delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
• Strong proficiency in backend development (Python or similar) and modern frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, embeddings) and AI-assisted development practices.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and deployments on at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) - building and deploying applications for K8s environments is essential.
• Ability to design secure, scalable, and performant systems.
• Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and communication skills.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vectorization techniques, and Vector Databases.
• Understanding of AI/ML model lifecycle, including training, evaluation, fine-tuning, and deployment.
• Understanding of responsible AI principles and prompt engineering basics.
