We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to join our team, responsible for both application development and cloud infrastructure management within the ITAM/TIMS ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and AWS administration, with a focus on delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

What you'll be doing

------------------------


Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications supporting the ITAM/TIMS ecosystem. Serve as the AWS Administrator and Developer, overseeing cloud infrastructure, services, and deployment pipelines. Lead the ARCAM AWS upgrade initiative for GRC platform applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of services. Implement DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated monitoring solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development and cloud environments to ensure system reliability and performance.

Skills and Experience required

Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate). Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, and IAM. Experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation). Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or ECS. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns. Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus). Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and application development. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in GRC platforms or IT Asset Management systems is a plus.
