Role Description:
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join the Flights Core Customer Journey to lead the Fights Post Booking team (App focused team). You'll help customers prepare for their trip by providing relevant booking information, sending flight alerts, improving the check-in process and in-airport experience, and providing timely support when needed. You'll collaborate closely with the operations and customer service teams to understand and address key customer pain points, based on data.
