Experience: 10+ years in full-stack development + 3+ years in team management
Stack: TypeScript, React, SQL, BigQuery
? Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 10+ full-stack developers
• Develop features using data modeling, analytics, and ML
• Work with leadership on technical strategy and architecture
• Maintain high code quality and promote engineering best practices
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive remote team culture

? Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in React, TypeScript, SQL
• Engineering management experience (3+ years)
• Background in SaaS, startups, or fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent
