Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm) PLM (Project Lifecycle Management) CoE is a strategic initiative to provide technical and business solutions that applies a consistent and collaborative creation, management, dissemination to extended enterprise. This team is responsible for product upgradation of platforms, tools & technologies used in enterprise as scheduled along with supporting backbone. Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements
• Solve moderately complex problems and/or conduct moderately complex analysis
• Provide explanation and information to others on difficult issues
• Coach, provide feedback and guide others
• Maintain knowledge of current domains and strategic roadmaps
• Identify/quantify scope and impact of business changes on systems
• Incorporate software and system architecture into conceptual designs
• Support applicable modeling efforts (e.g., data modeling, process modeling, hardware modeling, performance modeling)
• Provide oversight of conceptual designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture governance (e.g., principles, policies, standards, future-state reference architectures)
• Maintain awareness of current technology assets, and the applicability and capability of each
• Maintaining awareness of current business and industry issues/trends and incorporate into enterprise architecture designs as appropriate
• Determine the quantity and size of Web, App. Database, and other system servers necessary to satisfy an application non-functional requirement
• Work with the technical leads on Service Delivery teams to communicate technical designs and resolve implementation details for all network, server, storage and software components
• Ensure architectural integrity and compliance with our hardware and software infrastructure standards
• Work with Operations to drive continuous improvement in availability, serviceability and efficiency
• Perform technical risk assessments and develop contingency plans to insure situational and application availability requirements are met
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc with 8-10 years of experience
• Experience with the ASP.NET, MVC, .Net Core, Web API, and SQL Server
• Experience developing CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub, Maven. etc.
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Exposure of Product Lifecycle Management / Migration of project to open source environment / Cloud
• Knowledge in other relevant front-end technologies like JSON, Angular etc
• Knowledge in Tools: GitHub, Rally, Visual Studio
• Knowledge in developing Microservices using Docker/ Kubernetes etc.
• Understanding of Windows Migration, IIS
• Understanding of Oracle, MySQL, Linux
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, co-ordination skills
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Self-motivated
• Open to work in extended shifts and during US day time hours
• Ability to work collaboratively in global project with a positive team spirit and ensure team work & coordination
