As a member of our Software Engineering Group, we look first and foremost for people who are passionate around solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• Graduate or equivalent experience
• Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
• 6+ Experience of multi-tier architectures
• Understanding of performance tuning, message integrity and security related to real-time applications
• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture
• Experience of full software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• A DevOps mind-set, with a strong focus on continuous improvement
• Extensive experience with HTML5 and JavaScript, including the following technologies:
  • Extremely strong hands on knowledge of Java Script
  • React / Redux / ES6+ / TypeScript
  • JavaScript testing framework
  • RxJS
  • Node JS (server side and tooling)
• Primary skill: Java, Spring boot, Microservices, cloud technologies
  
  Additional Skill: FileNet , Angular or react
