This role will improve the ability for Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) development teams to implement, manage and modernize databases. Your passion and experience in understanding data, modern application architectures, and database technologies will help solve complex and mission critical problems.

With your knowledge of design, analytics, development, coding, testing, and application programming, you will be a key contributor to the Database Solutions Engineering team. This role will improve the ability for development teams to implement, manage and modernize databases. 5+ years of experience working with cloud services (preferably AWS)

Expert understanding of AWS infrastructure.

Understanding of AWS RDS, Aurora is a must.

Implement automation, effective monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code

Define, deploy, maintain, and extend our CI/CD pipeline used by all the R&D organization

Develop to automate and instrument all the parts of the day-to-day activities (Python, Go)

Version control system experience (particularly Git) and code review

Experience implementing CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab, etc.)

Effective communication skills
