Why this job matters
We are seeking skilled ServiceNow resource to join our Business Migration team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of ServiceNow platform data configurations, with hand's on experience in E-bonding through Service Bridge or UniFi. This role involves Service Bridge configurations between provider & consumer instance, designing custom SLAs, notifications & inventory migration.
What you'll be doing

• Configure ITSM and CSM modules, including creating custom SLAs, roles, domains, and inventory updates
• Able to execute configurations for E-bonding setup as per functional specification document
• Troubleshoot bugs, fix defects, and support users of applications developed by the enterprise application development team
• To prepare technical documentation for newly defined process
• Plays a positive contributor role in the software engineering organisation
• Pursuit of innovations regarding new technologies, platforms and applications
• Ensure on-time delivery of ServiceNow configurations by understanding and applying Agile methodologies
• Utilize process frameworks such as ITIL & Scrum
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor/Master's Degree (Engineering)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• Background in enterprise IT environments.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in ServiceNow
